About me

I am one of two founders of X2B motorsport. My role with in the team primarily revolves around the general running of X2B rally although my duties often stray between the two sides to the team.

I’m originally from the North East of Scotland yet my desire to get involved with in motorsport has taken me across the country on many occasions. My interest in motorsport started at a young age with my parents talking part in national trialing, safari and hill rally events across the UK. About 5 years ago I started to work as service crew on several different rally cars ranging from a Talbot sunbeam to a group N Subaru Legacy and events from the Tour of Mull to the Robin Hood stages since then my interest and involvement in rallying has become higher and higher.

Summer 2006 was when I started work on my own car over several months the car transformed into what it is today. Currently the vehicle is fully prepared for the season to come and with the time and effort put into the preparation I have every confidence the season will go very well for my self and the team.

Currently I’m a second year student at the University of Central Lancashire, Studying BSc Motorsports Operations. At present most of my time is taken up ether with studying or preparing the two cars to the highest possible standard ready for the 2008 season#
